The overhanging roof keeps the seed dry and smaller birds seem to like the protection. Larger birds like Jays and Starlings may have trouble with this feeder.

The fly through feeder holds about 3 cups of seed and has 4 stations. A drain hole in the bottom allows water to escape, but not seed.
